📄 Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Affiliate Program! These terms govern your participation as an affiliate of Restoration and Renovation. Please review them carefully before signing up.

1️⃣ Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Each affiliate is allowed one account. Duplicate or shared accounts are not permitted.
• We reserve the right to approve, modify, or reject any application at our sole discretion.
• Ensure all personal and payment information remains up to date in your dashboard.

2️⃣ Login & Portal Access

• Upon approval, you will receive access to our affiliate dashboard via a secure login.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Do not share your account or referral links with unauthorized individuals.
• We monitor dashboard usage for fraud prevention, performance tracking, and compliance.

3️⃣ Referral Tracking & Commission

• Your unique referral link enables cookie-based tracking for 30 days after a click.
• Commission is only earned for successful purchases made using your referral link.
• Orders that are refunded, canceled, or charged back are not eligible for commission.
• Affiliate activity involving click fraud, self-referrals, or spam will lead to termination.

4️⃣ Commission Payouts

• Payouts are processed monthly, approximately 30–35 days after the customer receives the order.
• Commission is released only if the purchase is not returned within the 30-day return window.
• Affiliates can choose payout via PayPal (globally) or Indian Bank Transfer (for Indian residents).
• Please ensure your payout details are accurate and updated in your affiliate dashboard.
• Minimum payout threshold may apply and vary depending on your chosen method and location.

5️⃣ Program Rules & Termination

• We reserve the right to update these terms, commission rates, or program policies at any time.
• Promotions must be ethical, truthful, and not include misleading or deceptive practices.
• Using brand assets (logos, images) must comply with our brand guidelines and permissions.
• Accounts involved in abuse, spam, or violation of guidelines will be suspended or terminated.
• You participate as an independent promoter and not as an employee or legal representative.
