I was nervous about buying this because there were no reviews, but I received the rug today and it's so soft, and absolutely beautiful in my living room. The lines aren't perfectly straight but I kind of like that about it, it gives it character. And I have yet to see how much it will shed, but so far after having it down for a few hours I've had no problems.

I have to admit that I was skeptical about what the quality of a wool rug at this price point would be. I was also concerned about how long it would take for what I found out would be an international shipment. Both concerns were non-issues, as it turns out. My rug is absolutely beautiful, thick and saturated with color. You'd never know what I paid for it, it looks expensive. When I reached out for customer service I got a quick and helpful answer. The DHL shipping alerts were great and let me know where the rug was every step of the way. I'm very satisfied and would happily do business with Restoration and Renovation again. Thank you!

I was worried about buying this frog since there were so little reviews. But I'm really glad I did! It is so cute and has really changed my space. When it first came, it smelled of an interesting odor, but they have care instructions that let you know the odor leaves within a few days. It's very comfortable and I've already received multiple compliments. Well worth it!

I have had this rug for about one week now and it meets my expectations. I was nervous about ordering from here without seeing the rug in person. It is beautiful, heavy, and well-constructed at first glance - no loose threads. The color is just as expected and stands out in my dining room. It came nicely rolled but I needed to place something heavy on the edges to flatten it - the edges flattened after one day. Please note that since this is a wool rug, there is shedding but I have been trying to vacuum the rug often to minimize the shedding. I can't help but stare at the rug whenever I pass by. I am so glad I made this purchase!

The rug is beautiful and arrived in great condition, though one corner was a bit crinkled from shipping. We have a really odd-shaped space and the large-size (9’) round rug, with neutral but distinct patterning really helps it settle together. Additionally, this was an exchange rug because the first that I ordered was not a good color for my space, and the return process was smooth and flawless. Highly recommend. Wish I needed more rugs!
